You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

We encrypt your passwords and implement appropriate security measures, but you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of any content you upload or create on Applikant, including resumes, cover letters, or job application details ("User Content").

By using the service, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your content with other users or third parties without your consent.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Applikant operates on a subscription model. We offer the following billing cycles:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly

Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

We may offer free trials at our discretion. Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent
  • Upload any harmful code or content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Termination

9. Disclaimers

The Applikant service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Generated content will be suitable for any specific job application
  • Results will lead to employment

Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovo Works Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Service outages or errors

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
